No, our pricing is completely transparent. The lesson fees include all teaching materials, sheet music, and access to our online learning platform. The only additional cost might be ABRSM exam fees if you choose to take official examinations, but these are optional and charged separately by the examination board.

Monthly plans are billed in advance on the same date each month. You'll receive an invoice 3 days before the billing date as a reminder. If you miss classes due to holidays or illness, make-up sessions can be scheduled within the same month. Unused lessons don't roll over to the next month unless prior arrangements are made.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount when two family members enroll, and 15% when three or more family members join our programs. The discount applies to the lower-priced plans. Yes, we understand that life can get busy. You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months per year with advance notice.
